We are very excited and overjoyed to announce that we will once again be hosting a 24-hour Extra Life marathon to benefit The Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital at Maine Medical Center.

It has been a difficult couple of years. We considered many things before making this announcement. And this years marathon will be a little different than those of the past. The Chits and Bits team comprised of around 20 players will spend 24 hours playing games and raising money at Diversions Puzzles & Games – South Portland on October 22nd.

We welcome anyone to stop by during store hours to play a game, donate, and buy some raffle tickets. Unfortunately we can not allow everyone access to the overnight portion of the event. But that doesn’t mean you can’t help. We will still have our normal pile of prizes to raffle off, raffle tickets are open to the public for purchase. There will be plenty of games to be played during the day, stop by and grab a chair. You can bring us hashbrowns and pizza and cheer us on. You can join our team and hold your own event and fundraise. We hope to return to our normal ways next spring with a large event, and really can’t wait to have everyone in the same room again
