>>Format<<
In the Prerelease format, players compete using a 40-card deck with four Prize cards set aside at the start of play. Prerelease introduces new Trainers to the exciting world of the Pokémon TCG with quick, fun battles, and it gives seasoned Trainers a window into everything the Delta Reign Set has to offer. Due to the limited card pool and the variety of cards that can be acquired in a Build & Battle Box, Prerelease events are a great opportunity to flex your creative deck-building muscles.

Depending on which promo card you get, you could play with the mischievous Masquerain, molten Magmortar, enchanting Enamorus, or kinetic Kommo-o.
Prerelease events consist of one 30-minute round of deck-building followed by three play rounds, 30-minutes each, best-of-one.
>>Prizing<<
