This tournament is in the Constructed (Core) format. Each player must bring one deck to the event which they have built ahead of time. Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards. There is no maximum deck size, but a player must be able to shuffle their deck in a timely manner without assistance. Constructed decks must not contain cards from more than two ink colors and no more than four copies of the same card. You must use the same deck for the duration of the event and it must have matching sleeves. Decklists are not required for this event.

This is a Swiss-style tournament in the “best-of-3” format. The event will consist of four rounds, each 50-minutes in length. At the end of four rounds, the top four players will play in single-elimination rounds until there is a winner. Each round for the Top 4 cut will be 70 minutes in length.

For every player in the event, three (3) Shimmering Skies booster packs will be included in the prize pool (plus a few extra). The complete prize out below will be dependent on a full event of 16 players. Prize out will be decreased with fewer players.
