Diversions Puzzles & Games is hosting a unique format event for Magic: the Gathering! This format is not an official format for play but rather a fun and new way to enjoy the game.

Eight players will compete in a Swiss-style tournament using Shadows Over Innistrad pre-release packs to participate and build their deck.The deck building will happen in two phases for a different deck building experience:

1) Players will use three booster packs to establish a pool of cards in the style of of a sealed format. This will serve as the foundation for their deck.
2) Players will each use the remaining three boosters from their pre-release pack to draft the rest of their card pool in a standard draft format.

The players will now have a complete pool from which to build their deck for the tournament!

Entry for the tournament is the purchase of one pre-release pack for $25.99. Diversions Puzzles & Games will provide the prize support at no cost to the players in the form of booster packs.
