DESCRIPTION:You can become a champion! Join us on Sunday\, October 6 for our Disney Lorcana: Shimmering Skies Set Championship! \nRegistration & Format: \nSeat reservations for this event may be requested on Eventbrite beginning Friday\, September 20. Payment will be collected on the day of the event. \nRegistration is $20 per person. Payment will be collected in-person on Sun\, Oct 6\, 9:00-9:45AM. Frequent players in Lorcana League will receive a seat reservation invite on Wednesday\, September 18. Player cap is 32 players. \nThis is a Swiss-style tournament. Each round is 50-minutes in length and will be played in Best-of-3 format. The number of rounds in the tournament will be dependent on the number of attendees. Playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including players with the highest standings. The playoffs are best-of-3\, single-elimination rounds until one undefeated player is remaining as the tournament champion. \n8 players: 3 rounds\, no cut \n9-16 players: 4 rounds\, cut to top 4 \n17-32 players: 5 rounds\, cut to top 8 \nPrizing: \nIn addition to the official prizing\, two booster packs will be included in the prize pool for each registered player in the event and distributed amongst the top 8 players. Additional prizing and promos may be added on and announced on the day of the event. \n1st place: Mirabel Madrigal-Family Gatherer Champion Playmat + Mirabel Madrigal-Family Gatherer Alt Art Promo + SS packs \n2nd place: Mirabel Madrigal-Family Gatherer Playmat + Mirabel Madrigal-Family Gatherer Alt Art Promo + SS packs \n3rd-8th place: Mirabel Madrigal-Family Gatherer Alt Art Promo + Shimming Skies booster packs \nDeck rules: \nThis tournament is in the Constructed (Core) format. Each player must bring one deck to the event which they have built ahead of time. Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards. There is no maximum deck size\, but a player must be able to shuffle their deck in a timely manner without assistance. Constructed decks must not contain cards from more than two ink colors. For example\, if a deck contains Amber and Amethyst cards\, it must not contain any Emerald\, Ruby\, Sapphire\, or Steel cards. Constructed decks must not contain more than four of a single card as identified by its full English card name. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards for purposes of this rule. For example\, a deck may contain up to four copies of Ariel – On Human Legs as well as up to four copies of Ariel – Spectacular Singer. All released cards are legal for this event. You must use the same deck for the duration of the event. Decklist submission will be required. Entry to this event is $4.99 per person – payable in-store prior to the start of the event.\n\nThe primary format of Star Wars: Unlimited\, Premier is a constructed format that truly embodies the “unlimited” nature of the game by allowing you to build a deck using any of the cards in your collection. This means that you’ll be able to truly express yourself by crafting a deck that perfectly fits your preferred playstyle and strategies.\n\nThis event operates under the following rules:\nYour deck must consist of exactly one leader\, exactly one base\, and a minimum 50-card draw deck. Your draw deck cannot include more than three copies of any one card. There are no sideboards for this event.\nIn this event\, players will play matches in the “best-of-one” format\, with each match lasting 30 minutes. The winner of the one game will be the winner of the match.
