DESCRIPTION:If you prefer the the competitive side of Lorcana\, then this is the tournament for you! We’ll be giving out $1000 in store credit spread across the Top 8 players!* \n  \n>>Registration and Entry Fee<< \nSave your spot by registering on Melee here: https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/250597. Preregistration is highly recommended as our events often reach capacity. Entry fee of $50 will be collected in person on the day of the event. \n  \n>>Check In<<< \nPlease check in between 10:00am and 10:15am on the day of the event. We will begin pairings right at 10:30am. \n  \n>>Format<< \nThis is a Swiss-style tournament\, played in Best-of-3 format. Each round is 50-minutes in length. The number of rounds in the tournament will depend on the number of attendees. Playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including players with the highest standings. The playoffs are best-of-3\, single-elimination rounds until one undefeated player is remaining as the tournament champion. \n8 players: 3 rounds\, no cut \n9-16 players: 4 rounds\, cut to top 4 \n17-32 players: 5 rounds\, cut to top 8 \n  \n>>Prizes<< \n$1\,000 Store Credit spread across the Top 8 Players. *Minimum of 20 players required for full prizing.* Total prize pool to scale based on final attendance. \n1st Place – $300\n2nd Place – $200\n3rd Place – $100\n4th Place – $100\n5th – 8th Place $75 each \n  \n>>Deck rules<< \nThis tournament is in the Constructed (Core) format. Each player must bring one deck to the event which they have built ahead of time. Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards. There is no maximum deck size\, but a player must be able to shuffle their deck in a timely manner without assistance. Constructed decks must not contain cards from more than two ink colors. For example\, if a deck contains Amber and Amethyst cards\, it must not contain any Emerald\, Ruby\, Sapphire\, or Steel cards. Constructed decks must not contain more than four of a single card as identified by its full English card name. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards for purposes of this rule. For example\, a deck may contain up to four copies of Ariel – On Human Legs as well as up to four copies of Ariel – Spectacular Singer. All released cards are legal for this event. You must use the same deck for the duration of the event. Decklist submission will be required. DESCRIPTION:Lorcana League is a casual\, weekly play event for anyone playing Disney: Lorcana – Trading Card Game. Lorcana League is every Saturday\, 12:00-3:00pm. This league is running from mid-November through mid-February. Players can join the league at any time!\n\n\nLorcana League is a casual and free event and new players are welcome! During League days\, players can earn points (in the form of stickers) by completing goals during the event:\n•Sign up for a League Round (1x per 4 weeks): 1 point + one promo card•Win a match (best 2 out of 3 games vs 1 opponent): 2 points•Lose a match (same as above): 1 point•Bring a new person to League: 1 point•Teach someone how to play Lorcana in the store: 2 points\n\n\nLorcana League is broken into 3 rounds – each round is 4 weeks long. Promos/prizes will be awarded at the end of each round. Seasonal prizes will also be awarded at the end of the league’s season. Promos TBA\n\nPlease check in with a Diversions associate when arriving for Lorcana League!\n\n\nWhere can I park?-Free parking is available at the Masonic Temple Lot at the corner of Middle St & Miller St (5-minute walk)-Parking is available at the Foundry Garage for $1/hr (6-minute walk)-Parking is available directly behind the store in the Worth Lot for $2/hr for the first three hours\, and $5/hr each hour after.
