DESCRIPTION:You can become a champion! Join us on Saturday\, May 10 for our Disney Lorcana: Archazia’s Island Set Championship! \n>>Registration & Check-In<< \nTo register players must place a seat reservation on Eventbrite\, beginning Monday\, April 14. An entry fee of $25.00 will be collected in person on the day of the event. Player cap is 32. \nCheck-in will be Saturday\, May 10\, 9:00-10:45am. Entry fee & decklist hardcopy are due at check-in. \n  \n>>Format<< \nThis is a Swiss-style tournament\, played in Best-of-3 format. Each round is 50-minutes in length. The number of rounds in the tournament will depend on the number of attendees. Playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including players with the highest standings. The playoffs are best-of-3\, single-elimination rounds until one undefeated player is remaining as the tournament champion. \n8 players: 3 rounds\, no cut \n9-16 players: 4 rounds\, cut to top 4 \n17-32 players: 5 rounds\, cut to top 8 \n  \n>>Prizing<< \nIn addition to the official prizing\, three booster packs will be included in the prize pool for each attending player in the event. Booster packs will distributed amongst the top 8 players. Additional prizing and promos may be added on and announced on the day of the event. Additionally\, all attending players will receive one booster Archazia’s Island booster pack. \nAll players: Hiro Hamada (Armor Designer) Non-Foil Promo Card + 1 Archazia’s Island Booster Pack. \n1st place: Hiro Hamada (Armor Designer) Champion Playmat & Hiro Hamada (Armor Designer) Foil Promo Card + Archazia’s Island Booster Packs \n2nd place: Archazia’s Island – Tigger Playmat\, Hiro Hamada (Armor Designer) Foil Promo Card + Archazia’s Island Booster Packs \n3rd-8th place: Hiro Hamada (Armor Designer) Foil Promo Card + Archazia’s Island Booster Packs \nUnofficial prizing (booster packs\, etc) will be dependent on final turnout. \n  \n>>Deck rules<< \nThis tournament is in the Constructed (Core) format. Each player must bring one deck to the event which they have built ahead of time. Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards. There is no maximum deck size\, but a player must be able to shuffle their deck in a timely manner without assistance. Constructed decks must not contain cards from more than two ink colors. For example\, if a deck contains Amber and Amethyst cards\, it must not contain any Emerald\, Ruby\, Sapphire\, or Steel cards. Constructed decks must not contain more than four of a single card as identified by its full English card name. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards for purposes of this rule. For example\, a deck may contain up to four copies of Ariel – On Human Legs as well as up to four copies of Ariel – Spectacular Singer. All released cards are legal for this event. You must use the same deck for the duration of the event. Decklist submission will be required.
