DESCRIPTION:Weekly Play involves simple\, open-ended\, weekly events that stores host for Star Wars: Unlimited. Weekly Play is constant and consistently run from the release of a new set onward—the whole point is for it to be available every week\, after all! Whether a Weekly Play event is a short tournament or a simple\, casual gathering is up to each individual store; all that matters is that participating stores have a night each week where you and your friends can stop in to play some Star Wars: Unlimited. This phase is supported by a special OP kit\, from which you can earn a unique promo pack each week that you participate in your store’s Weekly Play.\n\n\nWeekly Play at Diversions Puzzles & Games allows players to choose how they want to play Star Wars: Unlimited during the evening – casual constructed 1v1s\, Twin Suns\, or draft are all available for the store to run\, with player consensus!\n\n\nWhere can I park?-Free parking is available at the Masonic Temple Lot at the corner of Middle St & Miller St (5-minute walk)-Parking is available at the Foundry Garage for $1/hr (6-minute walk)-Parking is available directly behind the store in the Worth Lot for $2/hr for the first three hours\, and $5/hr each hour after.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our Star Wars: Unlimited Prerelease event for the new set\, Secrets of Power! This event will be held on two dates:\n\nThu\, Oct 30 @ 5:00pm\nSun\, Nov 2 @ 12:00pm\n\n>>Registration & Check-In<<\n\nPlayers are encouraged to sign-up on Melee.gg to secure a spot in the event. You may to do so through these links.\n\nFri 10/30 – https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/367483\nSun 11/2 – https://melee.gg/Tournament/View/367484\n\nCheck-in will start one hour before the start of the event. The cost of entry is $29.99. Each player will receive one Prerelease Box (containing 6 booster packs + promo) for the event.\n\n>>Format<<\n\nThis is a Sealed Play event. There will be one round of deckbuilding with your prerelease box and three rounds of Swiss-tournament play\, 55-minutes per round\, best-of-3.\n\nWhat is Sealed Play?\n\nThe format of Prerelease events\, sealed play combines the limited card pool aspect of draft play with the more open-ended deckbuilding approach of constructed play. Like draft play\, everyone starts the event off on equal footing\, and like constructed play\, this format gives you the opportunity to let your deckbuilding skills shine.\n\nAt the beginning of a sealed play event\, you open six booster packs. You must use the cards within those packs to build a deck. Just like in draft play\, your minimum draw deck size is 30 cards\, and you can include any number of copies of a card as you want (so long as they were all acquired within those six booster packs). Also like with draft\, you can use any common base you want\, regardless of what was in your packs. However\, if you want to use a rare base\, it must have been one of the cards from those six packs.\n\nFor leader cards\, you typically will only be able to use the ones from your packs\, just like with everything else. However\, for prerelease events in which you utilize a Prerelease Box\, the promo leader cards that come in that box are also available as options for your sealed deck.\n\nLike with draft\, you can change up the contents of your sealed play deck in between rounds as much as you like\, so long as you only utilize the cards that were in your six booster packs.\nThere you have it. Sealed play is fantastic for testing your deckbuilding skills while also growing your collection. And since prerelease events for each set feature this format\, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to try out sealed play for yourself each time a new set comes along!\n\n>>Prizing<<\n\nAn equal number of booster packs and promo cards will be distributed to all players at the end of the event.\n\nPlease contact the store if you have any questions.
