SUMMARY:Magic: the Gathering: Chaos Draft (All Leylines' Eve)
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday November\, 1 at 12:00pm for a Magic: The Gathering All Leylines’ Eve Chaos Draft at Diversions Puzzles & Games – Portsmouth!\n\n\n>>Registration & Check-In<<Registration & check-in begins in-store one hours before the event. First come\, first serve – 30 players max. Registration is $22 per person. Players must have an active Wizards Account with a valid email to participate. You can register for an account here: https://myaccounts.wizards.com/register\n\n\n>>Format<<All Leylines’ Eve is a festive\, Halloween-themed Chaos Draft. Players draft from a pool of Lorywn Eclipsed\, Secrets of Strixhaven\, and Reality Fracture booster packs. There will be one round of drafting followed by three rounds of Swiss-tournament play\, 50-minutes per round\, best-of-3.\n\nEvery player begins with a Leyline of Anticipation promo card on the battlefield. The presence of the card creates an exciting\, fast-paced\, and swingier game by giving all spells flash. At the end of the event\, all participating players keep their promo card.\n\n\n>>How to Draft<<First\, players sit around a table in a semi-circle. Each player then opens a booster pack and picks a single card without showing the other players.\n\nEach player then passes the remaining cards to the left\, and continues drafting from the new cards they get from the player on their right. This continues until all of the cards in those packs have been distributed (drafted). Then each player opens a second pack\, but this time\, pass the pack to the right. After all those cards are drafted\, you do the same with the third pack\, passing to the left again. At the end\, each player will have about 45 cards (along with any number of basic lands) which they can use to build a 40 card deck.\n\n\n>>Prizing<<Reality Fracture booster packs will be distributed to the top players. One pack will be added to the prize pool per player in the event. All players will receive one Leyline of Anticipation promo card. Additional promos may be included in prizing.\n\n\n\nWhere can I park?-Free parking is available at the Masonic Temple Lot at the corner of Middle St & Miller St (5-minute walk)\n-Parking is available at the Foundry Garage for $3/hr (6-minute walk)\n-Parking is available directly behind the store in the Worth Lot for $3/hr for the first three hours\, and $6/hr each hour after.
