SUMMARY:Disney: Lorcana Weekly Starter Deck League
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Archazia’s Island– League\, Play\, and Trade! This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to play Disney: Lorcana\, experience the new sets cards\, and improve your deck construction skills. Show up anytime before 6:00pm for constructed play\, and beginning at 6:00pm you can buy in for our Weekly Starter Deck League and begin opening packs and trading\, building\, and playing. Constructed play is welcome during this time as well\, provided there is enough seating available. \n  \nCost: Initial entry cost is $29.99 and each player will receive one starter deck of their choice from Archazia’s Island\, one deck box\, and one additional booster pack\, all of which is yours to keep at the end of league. If you already have an unaltered starter deck and/or deck box\, you can use those and not pay an additional fee. \nEach week thereafter the entry fee is $11.98 and includes 2 booster packs from Archazia’s Island to trade and build your deck with. On the final week\, April 17\, we will have a constructed tournament where the entry fee of $11.98 will include one pack for your deck\, and one pack for the prize pool. We will begin construction right at 6:00pm and our tournament will begin at 6:30pm\, 3-rounds\, 2-game format. \n  \nRegistration: Sign-ups are first come first serve until league is filled (20 players maximum) – please sign up via our Google Form here: https://shorturl.at/hPAp8 \n  \nHow it Works:  The first week you will use your Starter Deck and pack to build a 60-card deck using all 6 colors. All other normal constructed rules apply.  Each week\, you will get one additional pack to add on to your deck\, or you can trade for cards you need with other players\, and you will use one less color in your deck. \nWe will trade and build and then play with other league player. Your league deck and cards will be stored at Diversions in your deck box. At the end of league\, you will take home your decks\, extra cards\, and deck boxes. \n  \nAdditional guidelines: \n-Only cards received as part of league weekly entry boosters can be added to an Official League Deck. These can be cards you opened in your pack\, or cards you traded with another league member from their league pack.\n-Folks who wish to join late or who miss a week can catch up by back-paying weekly entry fees and receive that many booster packs to use for their decks.\n-No proxies are allowed in league games\n-Cards from league packs may be traded with other players in-store. SUMMARY:Disney Lorcana: Pack Rush Tiered Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Rush\, don’t walk down to our Pack Rush Tournament! This Disney Lorcana event will combine the Pack Rush and standard Sealed rules for a fun progressive tournament!\n\nOver the course of three rounds\, players will be matched up to compete in best-of-three style games that move from Pack Rush style in the first round to a more traditional sealed style in the last\, in the following format:\n> Round 1 – Pack Rush: Players will receive 2 packs of Disney Lorcana: Archazia’s Island. They will open the packs without looking at the cards and set the marketing/promo cards aside as their starting ink (2 for this round). They will then shuffle the remaining 24 cards together without looking and decide who is the starting player. The first to 15 Lore wins. If you run out of cards in your deck\, you will reshuffle your discard pile into a new draw pile.\n> Round 2 – Advanced Pack Rush: Players will receive 2 additional packs of Disney Lorcana: Archazia’s Island. They will open the packs without looking at the cards and set one of the marketing/promo cards aside as their starting ink (3 for this round). They will then shuffle the remaining 24 cards together without looking and decide who is the starting player. The first to 17 Lore wins. If you run out of cards in your deck\, you will reshuffle your discard pile into a new draw pile.\n> Round 3 – Sealed: Players will receive two additional booster pack of Disney Lorcana: Archazia’s Island\, which they can view and add to their existing cards to build a standard 60 card deck (with no Ink or duplicate card limits). They will then be paired off with another player to play a standard best-of-three first to 20 Lore game\, as in a standard sealed event.\n\nThis event will be run on Melee and as such the first-round match ups will be decided randomly with subsequent matchings based on current results. Cost to participate in this event is $41.93 (+tax) and includes the 6 packs of cards needed for the event and an entry fee. After your deck is built\, you’ll be randomly paired with another player for a best two-of-three match. Each round you’ll report who won and be paired up with a new player. SUMMARY:Disney: Lorcana Weekly Starter Deck League
DESCRIPTION:Join us for Archazia’s Island– League\, Play\, and Trade! This is the perfect opportunity to learn how to play Disney: Lorcana\, experience the new sets cards\, and improve your deck construction skills. Show up anytime before 6:00pm for constructed play\, and beginning at 6:00pm you can buy in for our Weekly Starter Deck League and begin opening packs and trading\, building\, and playing. Constructed play is welcome during this time as well\, provided there is enough seating available. \n  \nCost: Initial entry cost is $29.99 and each player will receive one starter deck of their choice from Archazia’s Island\, one deck box\, and one additional booster pack\, all of which is yours to keep at the end of league. If you already have an unaltered starter deck and/or deck box\, you can use those and not pay an additional fee. \nEach week thereafter the entry fee is $11.98 and includes 2 booster packs from Archazia’s Island to trade and build your deck with. On the final week\, April 17\, we will have a constructed tournament where the entry fee of $11.98 will include one pack for your deck\, and one pack for the prize pool. We will begin construction right at 6:00pm and our tournament will begin at 6:30pm\, 3-rounds\, 2-game format. \n  \nRegistration: Sign-ups are first come first serve until league is filled (20 players maximum) – please sign up via our Google Form here: https://shorturl.at/hPAp8 \n  \nHow it Works:  The first week you will use your Starter Deck and pack to build a 60-card deck using all 6 colors. All other normal constructed rules apply.  Each week\, you will get one additional pack to add on to your deck\, or you can trade for cards you need with other players\, and you will use one less color in your deck. \nWe will trade and build and then play with other league player. Your league deck and cards will be stored at Diversions in your deck box. At the end of league\, you will take home your decks\, extra cards\, and deck boxes. \n  \nAdditional guidelines: \n-Only cards received as part of league weekly entry boosters can be added to an Official League Deck. These can be cards you opened in your pack\, or cards you traded with another league member from their league pack.\n-Folks who wish to join late or who miss a week can catch up by back-paying weekly entry fees and receive that many booster packs to use for their decks.\n-No proxies are allowed in league games\n-Cards from league packs may be traded with other players in-store. Join us for our Lorcana: Heroes vs. Villains Tournament to find out!\n\nTo participate in this tournament\, you will need to construct a 60-card deck using no more than three inks that use character and song cards exclusive to Disney heroes or villains. All other action\, item\, and location cards can be used in any deck. You are limited to four copies of each particular card\, based on its full English name. For example\, you may have a deck with the following cards:\n> Jafar – Striking Illusionist\n> Diablo – Maleficent’s Spy\n> Poor Unfortunate Souls\n> Record Player\n> Atlantica – Concert Hall\nBut this deck may not contain any other types of ink as it already has Amber\, Amethyst\, and Emerald ink\, and it may not contain cards such as “Elsa – Storm Chaser” as that is a hero card\, or “You’re Welcome” as that is a song card sung by a hero.\n\nParticipation in this tournament is $5.99 (+tax)\n\nDeck lists will be required upon check in before the start of the event and are subject to review.
