You can join in with whichever group you sign up with\, and carry on with the same character. Please sign up ahead of the event so the Dungeon Master of each group can be prepared. The Used Board Game Sale will take place all weekend long\, from 9:00 AM to midnight on Saturday\, and 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Sunday. \nWe will start taking used games on February 24th and we will not take any others after March 10th. Please fill out a form with your games\, the price you are asking for\, and its condition. Games and components must be in a decent and playable condition and the games must have all of their components. SUMMARY:(CANCELLED)Magic: the Gathering Booster Draft
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our weekly Sunday booster draft event for Magic: Gathering. This is a sanctioned event by Wizards of the Coast. All players\, beginners and seasoned are welcome to come play. \nREGISTRATION ENDS AT 11:45AM. \nEntry for the event is $15.00\, three boosters and prize support. All players must have a DCI card\, which you can register for upon signing up. Please arrive 30 minutes early to register. The event lasts for four 45 minute rounds after drafting. \nIn a booster draft\, players are seated around a table and each player is given three booster packs. Each player opens a pack\, selects a card from it and passes the remaining cards face down to his or her left. Each player then selects one of the remaining cards from the pack that was just passed to him or her\, and passes the remaining cards to the left again. This continues until all of the cards are selected. The process is repeated with the second and third packs\, except that the cards are passed to the right in the second pack. Players then build decks out of any cards that they selected during the drafting and add as many basic lands as they choose. Each deck built this way must have a minimum of 40 cards\, including basic lands. Basic lands are provided. \nAfter deckbuilding\, the players are randomly matched up against an opponent and play a best two out of three games match. Players are awarded points for winning and will be matched against equally skilled players in the subsequent rounds. At the end of the tournament\, booster packs or store credit are rewarded to the top half of the players. \nParking is available in the Worth Lot behind the store for $1.50/hour\, with meters operating until 8:00pm. Candy and drinks are available in the store for purchase. You may bring your own food but please dispose of your trash properly. Thank you!

DESCRIPTION:Join us for our weekly Sunday booster draft event for Magic: Gathering. This is a sanctioned event by Wizards of the Coast. All players\, beginners and seasoned are welcome to come play. \nREGISTRATION ENDS AT 11:45AM. \nEntry for the event is $15.00\, three boosters and prize support. All players must have a DCI card\, which you can register for upon signing up. Please arrive 30 minutes early to register. The event lasts for four 45 minute rounds after drafting. \nIn a booster draft\, players are seated around a table and each player is given three booster packs. Each player opens a pack\, selects a card from it and passes the remaining cards face down to his or her left. Each player then selects one of the remaining cards from the pack that was just passed to him or her\, and passes the remaining cards to the left again. This continues until all of the cards are selected. The process is repeated with the second and third packs\, except that the cards are passed to the right in the second pack. Players then build decks out of any cards that they selected during the drafting and add as many basic lands as they choose. Each deck built this way must have a minimum of 40 cards\, including basic lands. Basic lands are provided. \nAfter deckbuilding\, the players are randomly matched up against an opponent and play a best two out of three games match. Players are awarded points for winning and will be matched against equally skilled players in the subsequent rounds. At the end of the tournament\, booster packs or store credit are rewarded to the top half of the players. \nParking is available in the Worth Lot behind the store for $1.50/hour\, with meters operating until 8:00pm. Brand new players as well as experienced players are invited to participate. This is a good way to learn the game\, as well as a place to enjoy the game for anyone who hasn’t been in a group for a while. \nWe’ll be posting events every week\, and each group will be continuing on in their quest. You can join in with whichever group you sign up with\, and carry on with the same character. Please sign up ahead of the event so the Dungeon Master of each group can be prepared. Each group is limited to it’s player count\, if you don’t sign up\, you might not be able to play with that group. \nWe follow some of the rules of Adventurer’s League\, including character building rules. Or you can fight other players for honor and the rights to rule in Legend of the Five Rings and Game of Thrones respectively! \nOther card games are welcome too! Play some Star Wars Destiny\, Key Forge\, or any other CCG or TCG! \nPlay at Diversions and meet and play with other players who share the same passion for the game as you might! Or come in and try a new game\, who knows\, you might even get hooked!
