The event will allow a maximum of 46 players. \n>>Registration & Check-In<< \nPlayers must purchase a ticket on Eventbrite to register ($42.00 + Eventbrite fees). Tickets will be on sale Wednesday\, November 5 at 10:00am ET. Your Melee.gg e-mail address will be required upon purchase. You can set a reminder through this link: \nhttps://www.eventbrite.com/e/1916274802519 \nPlayers will be added to the Melee tournament page by the organizer after purchasing their ticket. Ticket cancellations/refunds will be permitted through Friday\, January 9. Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded. The cost for entry is $34.99 per person. \n  \nWe are hosting two prerelease events:\nFri Jan 16\, 5pm\nSun Jan 18\, 12pm \n  \nThere will be a cap of 30 players for each event. First come\, first serve. Players must have an active Wizards Account with a valid email to participate. You can register for an account here:\nhttps://myaccounts.wizards.com/register \n  \nPrereleases are Sealed Deck format events\, where you build a minimum 40-card deck using the contents of a Prerelease Pack (6 booster packs) and a Premium date-stamped promo card) plus basic lands that are provided to you by the store. After your deck is built\, you’ll be randomly paired with another player for a best two-of-three match. Each round you’ll report who won and be paired up with a new player. If you do well\, you might win additional booster packs as prizes! \n  \nEach person may only purchase one pre-release pack for use during the event only. SUMMARY:Disney Lorcana: Whispers in the Well Set Championship
DESCRIPTION:You can become a champion! Join us on Saturday\, January 17 for our Disney Lorcana: Whispers in the Well Set Championship!\n\n~Registration & Check-In~Play may register themselves on Ravensburger Play Hub beginning Wednesday\, November 19. An entry fee of $25.00 will be collected in-store on the day of the event. Player cap is 32.\nCheck-in will be Saturday\, January 17\, 9:00-11:45am. Entry fee due at check-in\nRegister here: https://tcg.ravensburgerplay.com/events/270714\n\n~Format~This is a Swiss-style tournament\, played in Best-of-3 format. Each round is 50-minutes in length. The number of rounds in the tournament will depend on the number of attendees. Playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including players with the highest standings. The playoffs are best-of-3\, single-elimination rounds until one undefeated player is remaining as the tournament champion.\n8 players: 3 rounds\, no cut9-16 players: 4 rounds\, cut to top 417-32 players: 5 rounds\, cut to top 8\n\n~Prizing~In addition to the official prizing\, three booster packs will be included in the prize pool for each attending player in the event. Booster packs will distributed amongst the top 8 players. Additional prizing and promos may be added on and announced on the day of the event. Additionally\, all attending players will receive one Whispers in the Well booster pack.\nAll players: Daisy Duck (Paranormal Investigator) non-foil promo card + 1 Whispers in the Well Booster Pack.\n1st place: Daisy Duck (Paranormal Investigator) Champion playmat\, Daisy Duck (Paranormal Investigator) foil promo card\, & Whispers in the Well Booster Packs\n2nd place: Whispers in the Well Playmat\, Daisy Duck (Paranormal Investigator) Foil Promo Card + Whispers in the Well Booster Packs\n3rd-8th place: Daisy Duck (Paranormal Investigator) + Whispers in the Well Booster Packs\nUnofficial prizing (booster packs\, etc) will be dependent on final turnout.\n\n~Deck rules~This tournament is in the Constructed (Core) format. Each player must bring one deck to the event which they have built ahead of time. Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards. There is no maximum deck size\, but a player must be able to shuffle their deck in a timely manner without assistance. Constructed decks must not contain cards from more than two ink colors. For example\, if a deck contains Amber and Amethyst cards\, it must not contain any Emerald\, Ruby\, Sapphire\, or Steel cards. Constructed decks must not contain more than four of a single card as identified by its full English card name. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards for purposes of this rule. For example\, a deck may contain up to four copies of Ariel – On Human Legs as well as up to four copies of Ariel – Spectacular Singer. All released cards are legal for this event. You must use the same deck for the duration of the event. Decklist submission will be required. Please submit a hardcopy of your decklist during registration.\n\nOfficially banned cards are not permitted in this event. DESCRIPTION:Join us for the Magic the Gathering: Lorwyn Eclipsed Prerelease at Diversions Puzzles & Games – Portsmouth! Registration for this event is open on the day of the event\, walk-in only. The cost for entry is $34.99 per person. \n  \nWe are hosting two prerelease events:\nFri Jan 16\, 5pm\nSun Jan 18\, 12pm \n  \nThere will be a cap of 30 players for each event. First come\, first serve. Players must have an active Wizards Account with a valid email to participate. You can register for an account here:\nhttps://myaccounts.wizards.com/register \n  \nPrereleases are Sealed Deck format events\, where you build a minimum 40-card deck using the contents of a Prerelease Pack (6 booster packs) and a Premium date-stamped promo card) plus basic lands that are provided to you by the store. After your deck is built\, you’ll be randomly paired with another player for a best two-of-three match. Each round you’ll report who won and be paired up with a new player. If you do well\, you might win additional booster packs as prizes! \n  \nEach person may only purchase one pre-release pack for use during the event only. All event participants will receive at least one free booster pack for prizing. \n  \nMetered parking is available in the Worth Lot behind the store\, Bridge Street Lot\, Foundry Garage\, or Hanover Garage.
