We will begin pairings right at 10:30am.\n\n\n>>>Format and Deck Lists<<<This tournament is in the Constructed (Core) format. Each player must bring one deck to the event which they have built ahead of time. Constructed decks must contain at least 60 cards. There is no maximum deck size\, but a player must be able to shuffle their deck in a timely manner without assistance. Constructed decks must not contain cards from more than two ink colors. For example\, if a deck contains Amber and Amethyst cards\, it must not contain any Emerald\, Ruby\, Sapphire\, or Steel cards. Constructed decks must not contain more than four of a single card as identified by its full English card name. Character cards with different subtitles are considered different cards for purposes of this rule. For example\, a deck may contain up to four copies of Ariel – On Human Legs as well as up to four copies of Ariel – Spectacular Singer. Cards from\, Shimmering Skies\, Azurite Sea\, Archazia’s Island\, Reign of Jafar\, Fabled\, Whipsers in the Well and Winterspell are legal for play.\nYou must use the same deck for the duration of the event. Officially banned cards are not permitted at this event.This is a Swiss-style tournament. Each round is 60-minutes in length. Each round is played in the Best-of-3 Format. The number of rounds in the tournament will be dependent on the number of attendees. Playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including players with the highest standings. The playoffs are single-elimination rounds until one undefeated player is remaining as the tournament champion. Playoff rounds will be played in a “Best-of 3” match up.\n\nNumber of rounds and top cut depends on total attendance:8 players: 3 rounds\, no cut9-16 players: 4 rounds\, cut to top 417+ players: 5 rounds\, cut to top 8\n\n\n>>>Prizing<<<1st place: Winterspell Champion playmat\, Alt Art Foil Card2nd – 8th places: Alt Art Foil CardAll players will receive an Alt Art Non-Foil card. DESCRIPTION:You can be a champion! Join us on Saturday\, May 9\, 2026 for a Star Wars: Unlimited Planetary Qualifier! This tournament starts at 10:00am. This is a sanctioned competitive-level event. The event will allow a maximum of 46 players.\n\n\n>>Registration & Check-In<<\nPlayers must purchase a ticket on Eventbrite to register ($45.00 + Eventbrite fees). Tickets will be on sale Wednesday\, March 4 at 12:00pm ET. Your Melee.gg e-mail address will be required upon purchase. You can set a reminder through this link:\nhttps://www.eventbrite.com/e/1983983918307\n\nPlayers will be added to the Melee tournament page by the organizer after purchasing their ticket. Ticket cancellations/refunds will be permitted through Thursday\, May 7. Eventbrite fees cannot be refunded. There will be no refunds after May 7.\n\nA waitlist will open once all tickets have been sold. If you are interested in a ticket add yourself to the waitlist on Eventbrite and look out for an email if a ticket is released. Once the ticket is released\, you will have 48 hours to claim it before it moves onto the next person.\n\nCheck-in is on the day of the event\, Saturday May 9 from 9:00-9:45am. Top cut/playoff rounds will be played after the Swiss rounds including the players with the highest standings.
