SUMMARY:Magic: the Gathering Booster Draft
DESCRIPTION:Join us for our weekly Sunday booster draft event for Magic: Gathering. This is a sanctioned event by Wizards of the Coast. All players\, beginners and seasoned are welcome to come play. \nEntry for the event is $15.00\, three boosters and prize support. All players must have a DCI card\, which you can register for upon signing up. Please arrive 30 minutes early to register. The event lasts for four 45 minute rounds after drafting. \nIn a booster draft\, players are seated around a table and each player is given three booster packs. Each player opens a pack\, selects a card from it and passes the remaining cards face down to his or her left. Each player then selects one of the remaining cards from the pack that was just passed to him or her\, and passes the remaining cards to the left again. This continues until all of the cards are selected. The process is repeated with the second and third packs\, except that the cards are passed to the right in the second pack. Players then build decks out of any cards that they selected during the drafting and add as many basic lands as they choose. Each deck built this way must have a minimum of 40 cards\, including basic lands. Basic lands are provided. \nAfter deckbuilding\, the players are randomly matched up against an opponent and play a best two out of three games match. Players are awarded points for winning and will be matched against equally skilled players in the subsequent rounds. At the end of the tournament\, booster packs or store credit are rewarded to the top half of the players. \nParking is available in the Worth Lot behind the store for $1.50/hour\, with meters operating until 8:00pm. Candy and drinks are available in the store for purchase. You may bring your own food but please dispose of your trash properly. Thank you!

The adventure takes place in the New England area\, stretching from Portland ME to Boston MA\, and focuses on the Portsmouth/Kittery area. \nNate can provide pre-generated characters for players to select from or you can build a personalized character with Nate’s assistance. A typical session lasts about 4-6 hours\, similar to other role playing systems.

SUMMARY:D&D: Adventurer's League
DESCRIPTION:D&D Adventurers League is a weekly event at Diversions\, featuring an ongoing campaign or one shot adventures for Dungeons & Dragons. It uses the fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons rules\, and features the Forgotten Realms setting. Players use the fifth edition rules to create a character and bring that character to games anywhere D&D Adventurers League play is happening. \nAs a player\, all you need to do is make a character and show up and play (with dice)! Character creation is easy. You’ll need either a Player’s Handbook or a copy of the D&D Basic Rules\, and a D&D Adventurers League character logsheet. Pre-generated character sheets can be provided if you wish to not build your own character. SUMMARY:Keyforge Monthly Archon Tournament
DESCRIPTION:The last Saturday of each month will be an Archon Tournament for Keyforge. Bring in your strongest or favorite deck and test it amongst other players. \nTo sign up for the tournament\, there is an entry fee of $5 per player. Each player is required to be connected to the Keyforge App/website via their own account. This is necessary for tournament registration. If you don’t have a phone with you we can log you in here. \nYour deck must include your deck list card (your deck unaltered)\, and must be sleeved using opaque sleeves. You must also use tokens and a chain tracker\, no dice are allowed to be used (via Fantasy Flight’s official Keyforge Tournament rules). \nTournaments are a Swiss format\, ranging from 3-4 rounds depending on the number of participants. Each round lasts 35 minutes\, and if time is called before a game ends\, we will follow tie breaker regulations. If there are an odd number of players\, each round\, someone will be given a bye\, meaning a free win for that round. Top players will win prizes. Prize support may include store credit given in the form as a gift card\, as well as occasional official Keyforge Products.
