DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the Magic the Gathering: Theros Beyond Death Prerelease at Diversions Puzzles & Games – Portsmouth! \nRegistration begins at 10:00am when the store opens. The event begins at 12:00pm. \nPrereleases are Sealed Deck format events\, where you build a minimum 40-card deck using the contents of a themed Prerelease Pack (6 booster packs) and a Premium date-stamped promo card) plus basic lands that are provided to you by the store. \nAfter your deck is built\, you’ll be randomly paired with another player for a best two-of-three match. Each round you’ll report who won and be paired up with a new player. If you do well\, you might win additional booster packs as prizes! \nPre-release packs cost $25.99. Each person may only purchase one pre-release pack for use during the event only. All event participants will receive at least one free booster during prizing!

DESCRIPTION:Been craving some Dungeons & Dragons? Keep an eye out and sign up to join in on the fun here: https://warhorn.net/games/location?q=diversions \nIt is a $4 entry fee to participate. This will go toward our Dungeon Masters so they can keep hosting games and be able to afford more content. \nThis event is for any and all adventurers alike. Brand new players as well as experienced players are invited to participate. This is a good way to learn the game\, as well as a place to enjoy the game for anyone who hasn’t been in a group for a while. \nWe’ll be posting events every week\, and each group will be continuing on in their quest. You can join in with whichever group you sign up with\, and carry on with the same character. Please sign up ahead of the event so the Dungeon Master of each group can be prepared. Each group is limited to it’s player count\, if you don’t sign up\, you might not be able to play with that group. \nWe follow some of the rules of Adventurer’s League\, including character building rules. This is not an Adventurer’s League event although we have found some of the same limitations beneficial. Deviation may be allowed\, as with all things adventuring related your Dungeon Master has the final say. See below for how to sign up. \nD&D Adventurers League is a weekly event at Diversions\, featuring an ongoing campaign or one shot adventures for Dungeons & Dragons. It uses the fifth edition Dungeons & Dragons rules/ Players use the rules to create a character and bring that character to games anywhere D&D Adventurers League play is happening. \nAs a player\, all you need to do is make a character and show up and play (with dice)! Character creation is easy. You’ll need either a Player’s Handbook or a copy of the D&D Basic Rules\, and a D&D Adventurers League character logsheet. Pre-generated character sheets can be provided if you wish to not build your own character. Basic rules and character sheets can be found here: http://dnd.wizards.com/articles/features/character_sheets \nSign ups for the event are facilitated through Warhorn.net. Follow this link and create an account to sign up for a seat in the event. DESCRIPTION:Calling all sushi fans! Soy us your sushi go skills in this tournament of card play. Prove that you are the master sashimi collector! Maki your way to victory and earn a really cool and unique prize! \nThis is a free tournament for anyone interested in participating. If you don’t know how to play\, we’ll gladly teach you before the event! \nGames will be max of 4 players per table. We also plan on this being a round robin tournament rather than an elimination tournament. We will collect the scores of each player after every game and the winner of the tournament will be the player with the most points after 3 games. \nWe will be changing up each table by using a different menu in every game. A true sushi chef must be able to work with whatever the menu holds rather than knowing before the game begins. We hope to see you here! \nWe humbly ask and appreciate any participants who are willing to bring their own copies of the game with them.
