Face Coverings
A mask covering your mouth and nose are required to be inside each Diversions location, no exceptions. We have disposable masks available at no cost if needed to ensure you are able to shop with us safely. If you cannot wear a mask for health reasons, or prefer not to wear a mask, we would love to help you shop with us another way. We offer online shopping, Curbside Pickup, Online Holiday Gift Assist, and Virtual Shopping Appointments – so we can offer you exception service safely.
Hand Sanitizer
We ask all customers to please use the provided hand sanitizer before entering our stores. This helps to keep our products clean so that customers can shop with the comfort of knowing they can pick up and look at what they are interested in purchasing. We also have sanitizer available at our registers so you can clean up after you shop if you’d like.
Cleaning
We take cleaning seriously all year long, but now more than ever we understand the important of frequent sanitizing. We are cleaning high-touch areas several times per hour, and wiping down our counters after every few sales.
We offer Curbside Pickup at both locations during normal store hours. You can shop online 24/7 and we will notify when your order is ready, usually within a few hours. We will bring your purchases outside the store for 100% contact-free pickup.
Capacity Limitations
Due to state mandates, we have a capacity limit at each location for number of customers permitted in the store at any given time. This allows for proper social distancing, and has the added benefit of allowing us the opportunity for excellent 1-on-1 service even during the busy holiday months.
